Bio:
Verena Bauernschmidt is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Health Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Her research focuses on behavioural economics, pro-environmental behaviour, and gender economics. She is a researcher in a DFG-funded project on gender disparities in academic economics and serves as Project Management Assistant for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network HEPARD (Health Economic Policy Advice with Real-World Data). She also serves as the Faculty Equal Opportunity Officer.
